The 8 jurisdictions we cover

South Asia is fragmented — only 2 of 8 countries are PCT members (India and Sri Lanka); 3 are Madrid members (India, Pakistan and Bhutan). Every other jurisdiction needs direct filings within strict Paris Convention deadlines. We handle all of them.

Frequently asked — by foreign IP firms

Why a single-window agent for South Asia?

Eight jurisdictions, eight different laws, eight different agents, eight invoices, eight reporting formats, eight time zones. A single Indian firm coordinating regional filings cuts your management overhead by ~80% and gives you one consolidated reporting docket and one USD/EUR invoice.

Are these countries PCT members?

India and Sri Lanka are PCT contracting states. Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives and Myanmar are NOT — they require direct Paris Convention filings within 12 months of the priority date. Missing this deadline forfeits priority forever.

What about Madrid Protocol for trademarks?

India, Pakistan and Bhutan are Madrid members in South Asia. For Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives and Myanmar, trademarks must be filed directly through a local agent — we handle all of them.

How does billing work?

Single USD or EUR invoice issued from India, covering our coordination fee and all local agent disbursements. GST-compliant. No FX surprises — we hold the FX risk between local-agent currency and your invoice currency.

Reporting format?

Single docket per matter, single email update per action. Reporting in the format your in-house docketing system (CPA, Anaqua, Inteum, etc.) expects.

One quotation. Eight countries.

Send the priority date, country list and tech area. We respond with a region-wide budget within one business day.
